Software licences and subscriptions are not included in any implementation fee. You can hold the subscription directly with the vendor, or Tembosoft can bill it for you on a local invoice in TZS. Where Tembosoft bills the subscription, local VAT applies to that invoice.
Prices shown are starting prices. The final figure depends on scope, users, volume and the complexity of your existing arrangements. Work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately.
