An elephant does not move without reason. Neither should a technology decision.
"Tembo" (an elephant) represents purposeful action. It does not move without reason. This reflects our belief that technology should be implemented to solve real business problems and improve operations, not simply because it is available.
"soft" represents software and the technology industry.
Why we exist
We kept meeting organizations that had bought the tools and not the outcome.
While working with businesses and organizations, we noticed a common problem. Many had been investing in websites, software, branding and other digital tools, but the expected improvements did not always follow.
Websites were launched but rarely updated. Systems were introduced but daily operations remained the same. Branding projects changed how an organization looked but did not address the business challenges it was facing.
The problem was that solutions were often implemented without a clear connection to the organization needs and goals.
We founded Tembosoft in 2022 to help organizations make better use of technology and digital tools in their operations. Our focus is helping organizations solve operational challenges, improve the way they work and get value from the tools they invest in.
